Title Land Consulting, LLC specializes in manufactured home title deactivations in New Mexico, providing superior contract services to Lenders, Title Companies, Real Estate Brokers, Attorneys, Default Companies, etc.

Scott Florez is the Owner/Manager and Founder of Title Land Consulting LLC, and has had extensive experience with manufactured homes. Scott has served as a member of the REALTOR® Association of New Mexico (RANM) Task Force on Manufactured Homes. Also, Scott has been approved by the New Mexico Real Estate Commission to teach Manufactured Home Continuing Education Courses – Manufactured Home Title Processing and Manufactured Home Broker Basics. In addition, Scott has been approved by the New Mexico Division of Insurance to teach a continuing education course to Title Insurance Companies on Manufactured Home Title Processing.

Our Services

Title Land Consulting LLC works directly with the New Mexico Motor Vehicle Division and County Assessor/Treasurer to deactivate the manufactured home title and correctly assess as real property per the various statutory, regulatory and procedural requirements.

Additionally (and where possible), Title Land Consulting LLC will also assist with determining if the manufactured home has been previously installed or occupied at any other site or location.
